Transitional Living Service
The Transitional Living Service offers individuals the opportunity to transition from highly supportive residential services to independent living in the community. Individuals reside in their own apartments in a complex in central Hamilton with ready access to transit, community conveniences and group services at our main office. With 24-hour staff support, these individuals learn to maintain their homes, prepare meals and manage their personal finances.
